Desperation

This is what happens (I've been doing these 'this is what happens...' blips a lot, huh?) when you've got your friend over to spend the night and totally forget that you have a camera and blip until its 10:13 PM and you realize that you haven't got a blip yet.

This is a shot of some compressed charcoal that I ground off the stick to 'paint' on with a brush. You 'paint' it to get a nice, smoothly shaded appearance.


EDIT: this is a shot of a very small amount of charcoal. The WHITE is the charcoal, because the shot has been turned negative.
