Riding On The Pavement

Well, it is the last day of the year, I must say I'm pleased to be seeing the end of this year for the amount of different upheavels we have had to endure. Walking up a one way street I came across a lady riding her scooter on the footpath going in the opposite direction to the travelling traffic. So much for pedestrian safety??
