A shadow at last

Some new year sun casting the shadow of one house on another in a narrow street. But I don't think the sundial, in shadow at the bottom of the frame, will be much use for a couple of months yet.

I love these bright, light winter days, although not as much as I love bright summer days. Friends coming to a tapas lunch too - even though I still don't feel hungry after Friday night!
