Taking in the rays

After the sloth of yesterday, we decided to go for a walk along the prom at Guardamar, spotted this little family group doing a spot of sunbathing, it really was that warm. We walked along to our favourite restaurant had coffee and toast, had a nice conversation with Carlos (not the lizard) the owner of the restaurant and we will be going there on Wednesday for a paella.

Just cooked a lovely beef casserole for tea tommorrow night, they always taste better the next day. Tonight is salmon and veg, the diet has started
