Well wrapped up!

It's hot and sunny up here, it's just that we like to wrap up warm when we go out! No, not really! It's decidedly chilly and with occasional sleety showers, but no more snow yet. These are our lovely neighbours, whom I met up on the hill, braving the weather for the sake of their dogs, when I was out with Ollie.

Another sunless day. Didn't even properly get light before it got dark, if you see what I mean. There were lots of ducks on the bay, but too dark to identify or photograph. What we did find, but didn't take a photo of either, were two shield bugs, which have been identified as these beauties! They have come out of the Christmas tree; poor things were probably hibernating! Will try to take a blip of them tomorrow.
