A warming glow

Once again the weather was proving uninspiring and having left the camera at home when I went to see to my horse I decided to do some experimentation (also learn how to use my DSLR which I have only had since xmas). So thanks to 'Digital Photo' Issue 137, a log fire, wine glasses filled with water and red food colouring this picture is the end result.
