foggy frosty morning

The morning dawned chilly and I walked through dense fog to the top of the hill. Frost was still scattered about in the fields and trees, although the ground is still a bit soft and muddy from the daytime (relative) warmth.

We are entertaining friends and all are enjoying the peace and tranquility.... not much time for reflections today but we did pause to give thanks for all the good things in life.
