twelve years on...

it's our twelve year anniversary today. who the blazes gets married on the 2nd of january? well, we did - because it's a lovely time of year, nice and christmassy and we hoped for a snowy wedding (but instead it was freezing, driech and blowing a gale). it was a fantastic day though.

it's hilarious to look through our wedding album...no beautiful misty photos for us - we're all formal poses and dark thunderous skies above. apart from the one where me and my brother and sister are doing the charlie's angels pose...it was the best-seller and prompted the wee troll-like photographer to mutter, "they're not shy this lot eh?"...sorry b. there are a few people in there that I don't know, loads of family - some no longer with us, and a few not in there that I wish had been - but it's all of the time and we certainly partied like it was 1999!

I'm looking forward to the next twelve years with b - we're a great team, we've done loads, there's always something going on and so much more we have to do. who loves ya b?
