The Lady Has Landed

Sarah joined me today (strictly speaking it could have been yesterday - back blip!) and we made our way to the hotel i'd booked for the night. Enjoyed a chromotherapy hot tub experience. Each colour boasting a different sensation. From mental to physical calm and well being etc.

All a load of old bollocks really. Especially when you add the fact that rather than staying on green (selected to help us with our mental stresses) it flicked rapidly and constantly through all colours. Very relaxing I can assure. Not at all like a tacky disco.
