Happy New Year to one and all :)

My surprise Christmas present from Hubby was a Wii Fit Plus.

As today was the day we took down all the Christmas decorations, it was also time to boost up the Wii and face the consequences of my three months of sedentary work and overeating...and the results weren't pretty: I am classed by my Wii as 'overweight' with a Wii fit age of fifty and a BMI that is in the unhealthy range. Oh dear.

Thing is, I have a huge stash of chocolates and biscuits to get through, and I really do NOT do diets. So I think I'll just try to moderate a little and do a bit of exercise as much as possible.

Loving the Wii fit so far. It is loads of fun!
