River Ayr

A walk along the The River Ayr to the Stepping-Stones to see for ourselves the effects of the recent sub zero temperatures.
Little plastic bags full of poo littered the place.I never understand the logic of this.
Further down stream is Wallace's Heel: a hollow in the rock made by the heel of William Wallace's foot as he was fleeing from the English where a fresh water spring rises.
