Cleared out the car today after our jaunt to cromarty for new year. The remnants of which are above! Diet and new healthy way of living ofcourse starts tomorrow meaning I need to drink this tonight so as not to booby trap my future healthier self into temptation.... tomorrows blip may be a packet of ibuprofein!
