The Queue
What are they waiting for? You can see the passers-by wondering.
Is it a Chinese restaurant, there aren't any obvious signs? With a queue like this, maybe a massively discounted sale?
When this place first opened in the Trafford Centre, I had no idea what was inside, but there was a queue of very patient people waiting to go in. I finally went in one day - when there was no queue! I wish I'd taken my torch in with me!
Hollisters is a clothes shop like no other. I didn't think there was anything really special about the clothes, they are just casual clothes, like Gap's (jeans. t-shirts and sweatshirts), but what a marketing ploy they have!
A small doorway in (so people have to queue to get in), up steps (so no pushchairs or wheelchairs - I don't know how they get away with that one). When you enter, the shop is so dimly lit you can hardly see a thing. All the clothes and people are in a cramped space. I found it very claustrophobic.
A very strange shop! It makes me feel really old!
