Keeping a blind eye

This is a bit last-minute preparation for my photography class tomorrow. The assignment is a double exposure (similar to this one). In short, two photos combined to one. The second obviously has to contain a change compared to the first. My mind was completely blank, apart from this. I am going to think a bit further, but any suggestion is appreciated!
