Wading

We went out to "The Other Place" today to have a look at Mr Gormley's ststues.
Although we were unsure whether we had parked in the right place we took the so-called 5 minute walk from the car park to the beach. Having waded ankle-deep through scores of locals walking the full catalogue of banned dangerous dogs, we then had to wade ankle-deep through mud in order to get up close and personal with those statues that get fully covered in water when the tide comes in. This was the first time we'd seen the statues, and I have to say that they were impressive. They must be magnificent as the tide comes in - especially if there's a spectacular sunset.
We'll probably be coming here again - but next time with wellies.
