Knife Sharpener

I have seen a lot of different things at our market in Zihuatanejo, but this was the first time I have run across this roadside knife sharpener. He was working the old time flywheel with his foot, while running the blade of the local fishguy over the sharpening stone with both hands. The whole time, cars and buses are passing on his left and people are wandering by on his right. I don't know how he maintains enough concentration with all the chaos around him to avoid cutting himself.
