Christmas Dinner 2010.

The first time the husband and I had actually cooked Christmas dinner - usually we'd be at my mother's but this year we were in Baku. With a bit of advance shopping in the UK, scouring the shops in Baku and our pre-Christmas trip to Mumbai and Dubai, we found everything we needed and managed to produce lunch for eight. I think we did Mum proud! Sitting on the sofa later that day I realised why Mum always dozes off in front of the TV after Christmas lunch - all that cooking, followed by all that eating is exhausting :)
