can't stand the heat?

get out of the kitchen.

first night in northern Vermont at a restaurant called Pie in the Sky. But you can't guess what they serve out of their brick oven. Some of the best pizza i have ever tasted. I myself had at least 4 or 5 slices of at least 3 different styles of specialty pizza's. From the moment I walked into the place i started salivating. While waiting for the rest of my party to arrive i sat at the bar and just gazed into the oven from which wafted the most glorious scent. It was torture. It's a good thing my friends arrived shortly there after because i might have been tempted to reach my hand into the "arm-hair-singing" 600 degree farenheit oven and snag a slice...or at least order before they got there.
