Stopping for tea to slow down and dull the world's noise. My Japanese cast iron tea pot has been a beloved companion for decades.
Legend has it that in 2757 B.C., the Chinese emperor Shen Nong was sitting under a tree, day-dreaming, when a dried leaf from a wild tea bush floated down into a cup of boiling water in front of him. That sublime moment of serendipity resulted in the first cup of cha.
