Fitzroy Harbour

We're staying on Great Barrier Island for the next 9 days or so, at my father-in-laws beach house. It's in a bay with no other houses and you can only get here by boat. Pretty idyllic!

Today we did all sorts of chores, in fact being in a remote location things go wrong frequently - so the day mostly consisted of fixing things. However, we did take one of the boats around to Fitzroy to take the boys for a ride (4 and 5) and to get a newspaper and ice blocks. They loved it.

Beautiful day, tomorrow the fishing begins!
