Oh, the temptation......

In today's mail I received my new lens ordered on-line Christmas Day. However, as I was home sick today with a bad cold and cough, I had to be satisfied with taking a few shots from the living room through the patio doors. So far, I've been in the house for 2 1/2 days.....hopefully I'll get out tomorrow.

This is a shot of a branch at the top of the crab-apple tree......very pleased with the new lens so far! Stay tuned for more......
