Shattered

Now on most days I'd be able to write something like 'this lamp sums up how I feel, completely shattered' however I've had an excellent first day back at work, didn't have to do the evening swim training run, have just savoured a nice glass of red (many thanks, Auntie Val) and am feeling quite chilled.

Plus I now know what GCS stands for, which, I have no doubt, will further enhance my enjoyment levels when watching Holby City and Casualty. Could life get any better?
