Finished my day job at 2pm, got home and settled down with a nice cup of coffee. Before you know it the phone rang - Grandpapa on the line with Mac storage / iPhoto queries. Sorted. Next it'll be Trigger-Happy Fi on the line from Mumbai - "my F9 doesn't work", or Real Player, or woteva.... Thankfully Ninny Salad is in Barcelona and shouldn't have issues, whilst Urchin is yet to abuse my (supposed) Mac knowledge.

Echo thankfully has a PC...
