Worrying

Now. Should I be worried?
Just goes to show the effect Blipfoto is having on me...
During my routine lunchtime walk around the local pond, I walk past this domestic garage. Twice.
I have been doing this almost daily for about 2 years now. This is the first time however that I have noticed this notice. Now, given the age of crazy political correctness that we live in, I'm surprised this obviously humorous effort to stop people blocking the owner access hasn't been spotted by the authorities and the poor person fined!
Or, it's not a joke... In which case, I change the route that I walk.
