naked sea salt pralines

Naked , becuase they are yet to be enrobed in milk chocolate..

the taste of these, is one of the most divine tastes ever..

sweet~ yet salty with an Unctuous ganache that just melts all your troubles away..

You 'may' assume i eat my body weight in chocolate every day..

luckily, im able to resist...

i think just working in the environment makes me put on weight, without the help of the temptation to eat ..

im feeling very virtuous, knowing i havent commited the cardinal sin

'thou shalt not pick!'
