Snowing Inside

Do kids ever get bored?

Today his dad was bored for sure, having been inside for days with a sick little man. Who is not really really sick anymore, other than a runny nose and a small cough.

So while the dad went out for a walk in the fresh, new snow, granny (gosh, there must be a better English word that this. Please, please help me here...In Norwegian I am simply called farmor, literally meaning father´s mother) and little man played on the floor. It is amazing what you can do with a roll of toilet paper. We invented this game where you tore up the paper to the smallest little bits. Then each bit was placed in coloured cups before they were used as artificial snow - and miniature snow balls.

This kept us occupied for a least an hour.

That is, I needed a break to play with my camera.....
