Day Off

Yesterday a mysterious hole in my left inner boot caused the skin of that foot to be slightly blistered around the ankle bone, so I'm taking a couple of days off skiing to give the tissue time to heal. I bought a new pair of inners. They are furry.

So, no ski pic today. Instead, a fir tree hosts an opaque icicle growth, like a huge sneeze caught in a spiky hanky.
