Butternut Squash

I was shopping this evening for vegetables to make some healthy but hearty soups and saw this Squash which I just couldn't not buy! It's very phallic looking, but will no doubt tast awesome with sweet potatoes in a soup!

I thought I'd add a satsuma to the picture to give an idea of scale!
