Back in England

This is a little... display? my mum has created in my newly decorated room - it used to be bright turquoise, now, as you can see, it is a cream colour. My cousin gave me the photo frame for my 21st birthday and the photo is of my best friend and me in Nottingham. My mum is very into the old country French house style - it has heavily influenced her decorating my room!

My journey home was delayed by about an hour because the snow has caused speed restrictions to be put on the Eurostar. Still, better than last year when my journey was delayed by three hours and required me to start 9 hours early!

It's nice to be home, but I miss Paris already.
