Why are some things so difficult

I'm sick of short term contracts ( am facing unemployment at the end of jan). Currently scrabbling around for salary. For what? I'm better than that. The university needs me. Haha deluded? Correct...they are a set of ruthless *******s £££££££ is the bottom line.
