Circuit Training
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays=Circuit Training at 7:00 am. Every Monday there's a new circuit with 12 stations. This week's circuit is especially hard, and this one in the picture a real challenge. I ask myself how jumping over something so low can be so difficult. Getting both feet over and then ready for the next hurdle is a daunting challenge! Each station lasts for a minute, but sometimes that minute is mighty long, and the rest/drink station is always too short! It's all worth it, though, because it helps me to better enjoy all my senior moments.
