merry christmas

every year on christmas eve a cement dump truck covered in lights drives across the entire state of Vermont. this beauty just happened to pull into the parking lot of the restaurant i was eating at. the blur of the lights proves it was, in fact, spinning but i wonder...where could they have plugged it in?
