Christmas Day Dinner

Yum yum!!!! Last year this time I was incredibly sick in Scotland with the winter bug and couldnt eat Christmas Dinner. Thank God I was well this year. We had family over and had a feast!! Christmas in Jamaica involves spending time with family and friends over meals. On the menu we had BBQ chicken (a benefit of sunshine all year round :D), roasted chicken, ham, candied sweet potato, three bean salad, tossed salad, macaroni and cheese, plaintain, cranberry sauce, rice and peas, and roast beef. Who is coming to spend Christmas in Jamaica next year? :)))
