The hole in the wa'

Scottish power came in November to put in a new electricity meter. They had asked where the main supply to the house was so that they could turn it off. I had no idea so they went away.

They came back again but to no avail, I still had no idea.

Then a brainwave...I remembered when we converted the basement that there was a really old looking electricity type thing on one of the walls. I had assumed it was a relic of bygone days and just walled in front of it.

Anyway, I made a pilot hole where I thought it was and Scottish Power came back again and confirmed that this was what they were looking for.

I had to knock a proper hole so that they could get access - I'll put a hatch in this time so that it's accessible from now on!!!

Just noticed that's 50 blips with no gaps. Addictive isn't it??
