Noisy Neighbours; the paperwork

During 2010 we were plagued by noisy neighbours. While that is largely under control (I wrote a blog about it here), we have other neighbours, not living next door, but who play their music so loud we can hear it our house. We are considering complaining about them, although we are trying not to make a habit out of it!

This is the pack you get from the council - a standard letter, a log book to complete for two weeks and a leaflet suggesting ways to deal with (write them a letter etc).
