Broken

Came upon this sight earlier today.

It's not going to be a good year for this sad specimen. I haven't see it before with not walking this way for a while, so it may have been sitting here neglected for some time.

Looks rather like a malicious act although other boats and barges nearby are fine. I shall endeavour to find out more.

January 6th. Cold. Damp. Some sunshine. So far so good!
