I always assumed the point of having a garage sale was to dispose of things you no longer needed and sell to someone who might have a use for them.
It was also to avoid just dumping stuff you didn't want.
So deep in the woods there was the Garage Sale sign and not a garage to be seen anywhere.
Very strange. You would have thought someone would have bought the sign for future use..
