The Ultimate Bar-B-Q Cookbook

My hubby received this cookbook from his brother for Christmas. My hubby built his own custom made grill a while back with a rotisserie and capable of not only working with gas but also wood and charcoal. It's amazing and I will have to blip it at a later date. He loves to cook on the grill and is a master with it. His ribs, chickens, steaks, etc. come out to perfection.

I looked through this book and it has everything from how to make a good rub for meat, veges, fruits - all to be cooked on a grill.
