New TV

Our new flat screen TV arrived today. I have managed to set it up, although I could not find a way to have both Freesat and Sky Plus set up at the same time. Apparently I need an extra cable to the satellite dish to make that work. Ho hum.

The great excitement is being able to connect to the computer and view my photos on the screen. It is so much easier than using the projector and screen. Here is the first showing. It's an image of Kerala taken just after dawn, high in the mountains and looking towards Tamil Nadu. It was breathtaking at the time.

Interesting to see that the colours on the PC and those on the screen are not identical. I suppose that can be fixed.............in time!

Thanks for your good wishes about my fall. I have a fantastic purple eye with bruising dropping in a ring down my face. Not a pretty sight!!
