Experimenting with flash

Just experimenting with new camera & flash gun.

So much to learn with a new camera, & yesterday i picked up a new flash gun to go with it. I can only learn so much in one day so today I was expermenting with the flash gun, playing with different bounces above, from the side & behind, nad using the diffuser ..... (not playng with flash settings this time just bounces etc)

Anyway this was this shot had the smallest shadow & best depth (bouncing the flash behind me & back off the wall & ceiling, using the diffuser as well to soften it as much as I could - wanted to have asecond flash coming in from the right but that will have to wait)

The light itself was a present from our daughter Amy & we love it
