Shock......

.......to the system. That was what today was!

What with going back to work and the alarm going off at 6.45am and speaking and seeing to people for the first time in 2weeks(bar one day).
That what happens when you are ill, no one wants to be near you!

Anyway, this was taken after a trip to the supermarket to buy veg for lentil soup, in which I'm away to make now. Yum!
