Feed the birds

I haven't posted a bird shot for a while but today I got a goodly load. I went to Tesco at Leybourne and called at the lakes first to see what was about. While I was there a family arrived and started feeding the birds so there were lots of different ones about. Crowd scene gives an idea of how busy it was.

You nearly got the greylag close-up or three of them doing an "Eyes right!". And berries got a sniff but I went with this one. It's a black-headed gull showing off its first winter plumage; when it's older its wings will be grey - the head is only black in summer.
