Alien catkin

Well today we saw the rude return of the snow. How very dare it.

We decided not to brave the 10 miles to the baby sign language class, as this is where we were heading 3 weeks ago, in the last lot of snow and I had a bump in the car. I've still not got my car back yet, and didn't want to brave the teeny tiny courtesy car.

My husband thought I was a wimp for not going, but I sent my apologies anyway. The class teacher text back that she was glad I hadn't ventured out, as the class doesn't re-start until next week, duh!

Today's image is from one of the dead looking plants in the back garden. I'm sure everything will be showing signs of life in no time at all. The water droplet was a melted flake of snow.

Edit: Just noticed my from last year post - surprisingly it's snow.
