Portrait of John Prescott

Or to give the former deputy Prime Minister his full title, The Right Honourable
The Lord Prescott PC, he was speaking to local Labour party members in Scarborough tonight. I asked if he would pose for a moment for a portrait, and he was quite happy to do so, in fact he was a very nice chap!
He was also clearly a man who can easily handle the rough and tough of any situation if needs be, but I felt his punchy reputation was not a true and full representation of the man (even if it has recently proved profitable...).
Also, he was smaller than I thought he would be!
It's interesting to meet people, like JP, who have been at the very centre of major events, that six degrees of separation thing....
