Grand Master Jr

Chess is a game I've loved since I was a kid.
Played and played against my Dad until, eventually I managed to beat him.
Then went from strength to strength and ended up at reasonable standard I think.

I passed on the skills to the older boy many years ago and he turned out pretty good at it.
Same deal, it took him a while to beat me, but when he did, he knew he beat me fair and square. He ended up winning trophies at school and everything.

Today we decided it was about time to teach the youngster how to play.

So now it's the turn of the young pretender.
Basics tonight, and things are looking promising.
