Death of a Christmas Tree

The great Edinburgh Christmas tree was getting craned down today. I saw it about to get lifted when I stpped into the bank and when I came out, it was lying on the ground already! Doh!

I walked up and I stood to watched the men hack it to bits for easy transporting. I thought they would have lorried it away in a one-er... poor Christmas tree!
