Promises

Yup, it's only two days till the year ago blip. Still have them, still scanning the contents, haven't recycled them. They fool you into thinking that if you read them, you'll become a pro or even a world famous photographer. It's like the golfing magazines: Hit Your Driver like Tiger Woods!! or Ten Tips that Will Make You Putt Like A Champ!!

They have such shiny and colorful pages that I'm using them for a project after I make sure I haven't missed any important information; been stuck with my nose in them all day. Hope it doesn't take me another year to get through all of them. Some things are simply difficult to toss.

The house across the alley is pitch dark tonight, waiting for the new owners to move in. It looks very forlorn. :(
