Homemade Irish Wheaten Bread

Mmmmm!

I was over in Ireland at the end of last year, and a friend introduced me to wheaten bread, delicious. Better yet I was given a recipe, which is easy, quick and tastes fantastic. This loaf is fresh from the oven for breakfast :)

Two or three inches of snow here this morning - better break out the snowboots again.
