Bad news

After two very good days today was a particularly bad one. Not because of the girls; they were great. Nienke went to a party this afternoon and she had lots of fun. Ellis and Inge had lots of fun at home so no complaints there either.

The bad news is that my mother-in-law is in hospital because of a problem with her heart. When she was at a party last night she suddenly wasn't feeling very well and she had to go to hospital. She had coronary angioplasty this morning and appears to be doing better now though she still has to stay in hospital for at least a couple of days. She's way too young for all this so we were all pretty scared today.
