The dog and the boy

I have to say i am not entirely convinced by this photo, for some reason my photos from today didn't turn out as well as i'd hoped despite the beautiful sunlight...

But something about this boy alone with himself and his dog just got me. I don't recall seeing any parents anywhere close, he was just off in his own world somewhere, perfectly happy. Oh for those days when you could go off and be anywhere your imagination took you, perfectly happy.. It's just not quite the same any more.

Today the the wonderful Debora got married to Adrian in Kenya. I hope it was an amazing day, i wish i could have been there.
